Data deletion request
- Email support@layanengineering.com with the subject “Wasfa Data Deletion”.
- Include your phone number and account ID (if available).
- We will confirm deletion after verifying ownership.
Data retention summary
- User account information is retained while the account remains active.
- Prescription images, medication details, and pharmacy responses are retained for up to 90 days after an order is completed, then deleted or anonymized.
- Support records may be retained for up to 12 months.
- Aggregated and anonymized analytics may be retained indefinitely.
You can request deletion at support@layanengineering.com. Deletion is processed unless retention is required by law.

- أرفق رقم الهاتف ومعرف الحساب إن وجد.
- سنؤكد الحذف بعد التحقق من الملكية.
ملخص الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
- تُحتفظ بيانات الحساب طالما كان الحساب نشطاً.
- تُحتفظ صور الوصفات وتفاصيل الأدوية وردود الصيدليات لمدة تصل إلى 90 يوماً بعد إكمال الطلب، ثم تُحذف أو تُجهّل.
- قد تُحتفظ سجلات الدعم لمدة تصل إلى 12 شهراً.
- قد تُحتفظ التحليلات المجمعة والمجهولة لمدة غير محددة.
يمكن طلب حذف البيانات عبر support@layanengineering.com، وسيتم الحذف ما لم يكن الاحتفاظ مطلوباً بموجب القانون.
